Inclusion & Participation
Our accreditation programme supports youth workers in creating more inclusive spaces for young people, especially those who face barriers or feel excluded from their communities. We explore practical ways to reach and engage marginalised youth, build connections, and encourage their active participation in youth organisations and European youth programmes.

Quality Youth Work & Training
We believe that good youth work starts with well-prepared youth workers and trainers. Our programme strengthens practical, pedagogical, organisational and facilitation skills, helping participants create meaningful learning experiences. We focus on methods and tools that can be used in real-life situations — not just on paper.

Creative Learning Methods
Learning should be engaging, active and relevant to young people’s lives. Through our accreditation programme, we explore creative approaches such as games, gamification and performing arts to address topics such as mental wellbeing, active citizenship and social inclusion. These methods help youth workers create safe, dynamic environments where young people can participate, express themselves and develop their potential.
