We are back from the Harry Totter and the Facilitator’s Stone, our last Erasmus+ training course on facilitation.
We had the perfect recipe for an unforgettable week: inspiring trainers, committed participants and beautiful weather. We take with us a wealth of great memories, fresh insights, new ideas and inspirations, and, last but not least, new friendships and potential partnerships.
During the last days, following the wonderful flow created by the trainers, participants put into practice some of the facilitation elements they had learned, planning and leading group activities themselves. The last day was all about looking back, reflecting on the most important takeaways and planning where to go next.
To all the participants and the amazing trainers : a heartfelt thank you! We are also grateful to the Erasmus+ programme for making this experience possible.
